We had a very active What’sApp group chat with pictures and conversation that we will be able to enjoy for a long time. Our class had about 28 that attended at some point during the weekend which would be close to ½ of the original members. They all had a wonderful time and were so pleased with the organization. She is also a great academic – a clinician, a dedicated educator who cares, a curious researcher, and an avid learner. She sends the most creative and supportive emails often with a very fitting cartoon or picture that really lifts the spirits of those that work with her. Helen brings an enthusiastic approach to everything she does, and is amazingly creative, which she uses to engage physicians in teaching and learning. I know Kirsten was nervous about the day but she was amazing and I’m so grateful to have her!!! ” □ Dr. Later there was presentational hiccup and again she managed it with calm and grace. was stellar! There was a bit of tech hiccup early in the day, but Kirsten managed it masterfully, stayed completely calm, called in the help she needed, and everything started on time without anyone being the wiser. She’s very new to the unit, but her organizational skills in pulling the day together, organizing food, running the tech, etc. Kirsten was recognized by Lisa Krol who said: “Kirsten organized and ran the Curriculum Retreat today. Both of these ladies have brought so much humor and levity to work! I feel more confident in my role because I have Nicole Gates Willick to bounce ideas around. ![]() I value her sharing lessons learned from her experience as well. Nicole Toutant’s eagle eyes have caught many important details and made a huge difference in ensuring things run smoothly. Even though we are geographically situated in different areas, I really appreciate their perspectives. He keeps on top of things, keeps everyone updated on how long the repairs will take, and gets the work completed as quickly as possible.
